Compassionate, ethical equine training based on positive reinforcement, body language and treating the horse as the individual that they are. Working bitless, with no use of gadgets or forceful, fear based methods the equine is allowed to develop to their potential in a kind, considerate manner.

I work with equines in a considerate manner without the use of force, gadgets or punishment. Equines are individuals and should be treated as such. I work with simple equipment, often at liberty and ride bitless and often bridleless, believing that "less is more".

I am available for lessons in ground skills, various equine activities and bitless riding; with the aim of improving the relationship and communication between equine and human. I am experieced with all equines with a particular interest in mules. With around half my client base being non-ridden equines I don't just focus on riding and I believe the non-ridden equine has as much worth as the ridden equine. I compete in agility, mainly with my mule and believe there is great value in working with the equine from the ground. There are lots of rewarding things we can do with our animals without the need to ride. I am a strong believer in doing the best we can for our equines and respecting their opinions and limitations.
